His approach to relationship counselling is non-judgmental and sex-positive, and the work is for adults at any age or stage of life — sensuality, as he puts it, exists from birth to death.

Sensuality exists from birth to death, and I work with individuals and couples to help them explore and enjoy the spectrum of dimensions of sensuality as it unfolds throughout their lives. I work to hold a space where you can drop your filters and discard taboos. I believe that sensuality is a vital force of life, and that sex is one of the major ways in which adults can play. Sensuality can also support and revive our vitality, no matter what our age or stage of life.

In this age of technology and instant digital reality, the human experience and mind connection is kept alive through real connections to ourselves and others.

What actually happens in a session?

It is a conversation, in a consulting room or over video, about what is happening, what you would want to be different, and what is getting in the way.

Do we have to come as a couple?

No. Francois works with individuals and with couples.

Is there an age at which this stops being relevant?

No. Sensuality exists from birth to death, and it can support and revive vitality at any age or stage of life.

Will I be judged?

The approach is deliberately non-judgmental and sex-positive. The consulting room is a place to drop your filters and discard taboos. Confidentiality applies here exactly as it does to any other therapy.
