Focus
As a psychologist, my work is evolving more towards the concept of attachment, i.e. the ways in which people connect with themselves and others. My years of experience in dealing with all aspects of the human condition are channelled into highly personal, one-on-one interactions with individual clients, but I am also available for Skype consultations. I blend expert theoretical knowledge and clinical practice with personal engagement and a deep and careful understanding of each client’s personality and circumstances. Collaboratively, the client and I then devise proactive and positive solutions towards a deeper knowledge of self the improvement of their experience of themselves, their lives and vocations, and their relationships with others.
My approach to relationship counselling is always a non-judgmental, sex-positive one. Through my own experience, I am familiar and sympathetic to how families and relationships evolve and change.
Age
I work primarily with adolescents and adults.
Children are assessed when I conduct divorce and relocation evaluations. I do not otherwise do therapy with children under the age of 15 years.
